Pork Tenderloin


Ingredients
  • 2 pork tenderloin (äbout 2.5 pounds totäl)
  • Your fävorite pork tenderloin märinäde or rub
Instructions
  1. Märinäte your pork tenderloin (here is my fävorite märinäde recipe), or rub it with your fävorite seäsonings. 
  2. Preheät oven to 325 degrees F. Heät ä grill or grill pän over very high heät.

  5. Remove from oven änd ällow the meät to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
