INGREDIENTS
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cups (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
- 1/4 cups green onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, seeds removed, minced
- 1 pound raw shrimp (peeled and deveined), fresh or frozen (and thawed/drained), cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon Creole or Cajun seasoning
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced (1 tablespoon)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Crackers, baguette, for serving
