Healthier Orange Chicken


INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1-1/2 pounds chicken breast tenderloins, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3/4 cup orange juice, fresh squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, more if desired
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, optional
