Cheesecake Brownies

You don’t have to decide between brownies and cheesecake, it’s the best of both worlds! Creamy cheesecake on top of a fudgy chocolate brownie smothered in even more chocolate.
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 boxed brownie mix or homemade brownie recipe
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 16 ounce container chocolate frosting
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Prepare brownie mix according to directions on package. Pour batter in the baking dish.
