White Cupcakes Wedding Cupcakes


INGREDIENTS
  • 15.25 ounce box white cake mix
  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/3 cup warm water not hot
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted and cooled slightly
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 4 large egg whites
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Place cupcake liners in cupcake pans (You'll need approx. 32).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda together.
  3. Add water, butter, buttermilk, vanilla, and egg whites; mix until well-combined.
  4. Divide the batter between the prepared cupcake tins filling them about 3/4 full.
