Cinnamon Keto Granola


INGREDIENTS

  • 5 tbsp flax seed meal
  • 5 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1.5 oz nuts (we used pecans, walnuts and almonds)
  • 4 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon Optional

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly except for the cinnamon.
  2. Spread out mixture onto a baking sheet to make one layer.
  3. Sprinkle on cinnamon.
  4. Bake in 350 degree over for 20-22 minutes.
  5. Let rest. Granola will harden as it cools. Enjoy!
